Thank you for your interest in applying for a product development grant offered by Quebec Aboriginal Tourism. Your application is part of a specific funding opportunity supported by Indigenous Services Canada, Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada and Tourisme Québec.
Deadline to Submit Applications: Friday, October 4th, 2019
The overall goal of this program is to assist Canadian Indigenous tourism businesses with expertise and funding support to improve their market/export readiness in order to have the opportunity to gain greater market awareness, larger volumes of visitors and sustainable business growth.
In addition, through its commitment to tourism welcome strategy, TAQ aims to support Aboriginal tourism promoters and Aboriginal communities to provide travelers with quality Aboriginal tourism experience and information. To do so, TAQ is inviting Aboriginal tourism members to apply for financial support for the development of their tourism offering to meet our welcome commitments with Tourisme Québec.
There are limited funds available and therefore the funding amount for any one applicant will be to a maximum of $10,000.
As part of the process to apply for this funding, this form will ask you to describe the project for which you need funding assistance. The project must demonstrate that the funding will help your Indigenous tourism business move towards being more market/export ready.
